  • How do I administer the profiles?

    You will be provided with access to a secure internet site that allows you to undertake all the activities required to administer the profiles.

    You simply enter a candidate's details to send an invitation to a candidate. You will be notified when the profile is complete and the report goes straight to your inbox. You also have complete control over who in your company receives reports.

    We’ve been doing this for over 20 years so our system is refined and proven, you will be up and running in minutes.

  • Can I trial a profile?

    Yes, absolutely!

    We can provide you a demo account that also includes two free profiles. This is the best way to understand exactly how the profile works in action. You can see how simple it is to administer your candidates and review the quality of the reports.

  • Will you need to benchmark my current staff?

    No. The core values are common to virtually every childcare centre. We’ve done studies on the performance of staff across many different cultures. Very seldom have we found any differences that were statistically significant.

  • Can I see a sample report?

    Yes. If you contact us directly we can arrange a demo account that allows you to score a profile for free. It is the best way of understanding how the profile works in action.

  • How long does it take to get started?

    As soon as you’re ready to proceed we will need to collect some simple company information from you and we can set up your site and have you ready to score candidates within approximately 15 minutes.

  • Do you send anything to the candidate?

    No. We don't send any results to the Candidate. If you wish to send the report that's up to you. 

    Most clients will review the report at head office and use it as a "discussion prompter" in their interview process. Using it to delve into topics that may be hard to raise, this is a useful technique for many people people, probing with leading questions such as... "The CEP profile suggests you may difficulty with punctuality, do you think that is a fair assessment?" this is a valuable and easy way to start what may be a difficult interview topic.
